To celebrate the annual Chinese new year, the following brothers & spouse gathered for a dinner Thursday Feb 5,2026 at Longo restaurant.

The dinner start serving at 6 pm, with poker game (black jack / 三公) and majong at 3 pm.

2025 L.A. RC Alumni donation to support HK Tai Po Fire Victims

The following brothers have supported this fire disaster relief in HK Tai Po Area.

We are all aware of the sad tragedy of Hong Kong Tai Po Fire disaster on 26 November 2025. We are proud of our L.A. Raimondi Alumni community who get together and mustered up a meaningful donation to support vitumns of this disaster event.

One of their members, Edwin Chan, personally delivered their donation ( in a sum of HK$10,000) back to Hong Kong and donated to The Salvation Army (Hong Kong & Macau Territory).

In the annual Chinese New Year Dinner, the following brothers & spouse recalled their donation moment of : [One Heart, One Dream] of the Raimondian spirit, on Feb 5,2026 at Longo Restaurant.

A deadly inferno tore through a massive housing complex in Hong Kong earlier this week causing more than 150+ lives and many are still missing and searching for their loved ones.

This devastating fire has struck Hong Kong Tai Po area, leaving many families without homes, lifesavings, belongings and basic necessities and the worst is the loss of their love ones.

In this difficult time, we, Raimondi College Alumni LA chapter, are asking for your generosity and support to help those affected and rebuild their homes.

There are many charity organizations in Hong Kong and we will decide which one later. Any suggestions /recommendations are welcome.

To get the ball rolling, I prefer a small amount donation of $50 is right amount.

Richard Yuan is volunteer to collect all donations and send to the agreed charity organization.

物質豐富既消費地方，由運輸到售賣，都要動用好多紙箱。顧客買咗貨品，紙箱就係廢物。

鋪商只需要將紙箱拋出商鋪，就會有人檢拾。

香港現在回收廢紙：由HK$0.5-$1/斤。為咗增加重量，回收人就會加好多水，俾廢紙吸收；

但係回收商亦有對策：就係將秤磅機調低標示，就會平衡返。

Kevin Chan made a speed tram-ride in HK Island, HK SAR to visit Anthony Cheung KK (74).

On Nov 7 2025 12 noon HK time, Kevin Chan visited Anthony Cheung (74), who served with simple food together.

KK's super personable and hospitable. He made me feel like we have known each other for ages within minutes after we had met for the very first time. I felt just so much 'at home',

This is the legendary KK Bistro Kitchen. It's an honor to be invited there to try out his cooking. Thanks a lot, KK,👍👍,

[Once and always] breaks the limit and allows all to be oneself. We should let our stories spread and let everybody know our sweat and tears.
