週年大會公告
本校友會之週年大會將於二零二四年十二月二十一日 (星期六) 下午二時正 (香港時間) 假香港半山羅便臣道2號，高主教書院 (中學部) 二樓會議室舉行。
除實體會議外，本會將以視像會議 (Jitsi) 同步進行是次大會，有意參與者請於會前註冊，但請留意網上參與者是沒有投票權的。註冊所需資料如下：
1. 以英文全名登記，例如：Chan Tai Man Peter
2. 畢業年份及離校時級別，例如：1998 5E
會員須具備鏡頭及麥克風以進行視像會議。
請有意參與是次周年大會的會員於2024年12月19日晚上11時59分 (香港時間) 或之前向秘書處 secretary@raimondialumni.hk 提交登記。
已登記之會員將於2024年12月20日收到相關連結。

Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Raimondi Alumni Association Limited (“RAA”) will be held at Raimondi College, 2/F Conference Room, 2 Robinson Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong on Saturday, 21 December 2024 at 2:00
p.m. (HK Time).
In addition to the physical meeting, the AGM of RAA will also be held on Jitsi. However, be noted that online participant has no right to vote. Members who are interested in attending the meeting, please register before the AGM. The information required for registration is as follows:

Register with your full name in English, for example: Chan Tai Man Peter

Year of graduation and level when leaving school, for example: 1998 5E
You are reminded to prepare your own camera and microphone for face-to-face video conference.
Please submit your registration to secretary@raimondialumni.hk on or before 11:59 p.m. (HK time), 19 December 2024.
Registered members will receive the link of Jitsi meeting for the AGM on 20 December 2024.

Important Notes:
All RAA Members are welcome to attend the AGM 2024.
Pursuant to Section 16A of the Articles of Association of RAA, any member and incumbent committee member during its terms of office (i.e. 2022-24) may propose one (1) member only for election as a succeeding committee member (2024-26) by filling in the Nomination Form. The Nomination Form must be completed, signed and returned to the RAA Secretary by hand or by email by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, 6 December 2024. The address, and e-mail address for the submission of forms are as follows:

Pursuant to Section 44 of the Articles of Association of RAA, any Member of RAA entitled to attend, speak and vote at the AGM 2024 can appoint a proxy (need to be a member of RAA) to attend and vote on his/her behalf. Each proxy shall not represent more than thirty (30) appointing members at the meeting. The proxy form must be completed, signed and returned to the RAA Secretary by hand or by email by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, 13 December 2024. The address, and e-mail address for the submission of forms are as follows:
