NOTICE OF ALUMNI MANAGER ELECTION 2023

​

Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Committee Meeting of Raimondi College Alumni Association on 30th December 2022, the amended election procedures and timeline of the Alumni Manager have been passed. The Alumni Manager will be elected on the principle of universal suffrage for a representative of the alumni, as a member of the Incorporated Management Committee of Raimondi College.

FORMAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alumni Manager Election of Raimondi College Alumni Association will be held on 27th May 2023 (Saturday) at 09:00 to 17:00. An Election Board has been set up for the Alumni Manager Election by Raimondi College Alumni Association, regards on the procedures as below:

Voter Registration Period:

Registration Period: 16th January 2023 (Monday) to 17th March 2023 (Friday)

Record Date: 17th March 2023 (Friday)

Note 1: This is applicable to those who has previously not registered as Eligible Voters in accordance with Clause 14 of the Guide for Alumni Manager Election.

Note 2: All Eligible Voters who has previously registered need no further registration for any subsequent Elections in accordance with Clause 17 of the Guide for Alumni Manager Election.

 

Candidate Application and Nomination Period:

Candidates Nomination Period: 14th April 2023 (Friday) to 21st April 2023 (Friday)

Date of publication of details:  1st May 2023 (Monday) to 20th May 2023 (Saturday)

Election Date, Time & Location:

Election Date: 27th May 2023 (Saturday)

Election Time: 09:00 to 17:00

Address: Raimondi College, 2 Robinson Road, Central Mid-Level, Hong Kong.

Result Announcement: After 18:00 (Tentative) on 27th May 2023 (Saturday)

Appeal Period: 29th May 2023 (Monday) to 6th June 2021 (Tuesday)

Referred to the Constitution of Raimondi College Alumni Association, members who has been a pupil of Raimondi College but no longer such a pupil, and was the student of Secondary classes in Raimondi College, are qualified to be registered as a voter or applied as a candidate by nominations.
