Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

​

Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of Raimondi Alumni Association Limited (“RAA”) will be held at Raimondi College, 2/F Conference Room, 2 Robinson Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong on Saturday, 7 October 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with agenda below :

• Call to Order

• Establish Quorum

• To receive and adopt the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 7

  October 2023

• To adopt the Resignation of the Current Auditor of the RAA for the session 2022 – 2024, Mr. Dennis CHOW Leung Chun

• To appoint the New Auditor of the RAA for the session 2022 – 2024 with effect

  from 7 October 2023

• Adjournment

 

Important Notes:

 

All RAA Members are welcome to attend the EGM.

 

Pursuant to Section 44 of the Articles of Association of RAA, any Member of RAA entitled to attend, speak and vote at the EGM can appoint a proxy (need to be a member of RAA) to attend and vote on his/her behalf. Each proxy shall not represent more than thirty (30) appointing members at the meeting. The proxy form must be completed, signed and returned to the RAA Secretary by hand or by email by 11:59p.m. on Thursday, 5 October 2023. The address, and e-mail address for the submission of forms are as follows :

Members can join the EGM of the Raimondi Alumni Association via Zoom Meeting. However, voting is not allowed in Zoom Meeting. Members who are interested in joining the meeting, please register first in advance before the EGM. Afterwards, you will be assigned a login name to join the meeting. The information required for registration is as follows:

 

1. Register with your full name in English, for example: Chan Tai Man Peter

2. Year of graduation and level when leaving school, for example: 1998 5E

 

You are reminded to prepare your own camera and microphone for the video conference. The conference has a telephone hotline (the number will be announced soon). If the line is disconnected during the conference, you can call for assistance.

 

Please submit your registration to secretary@raimondialumni.hk on or before 11:59 p.m. (HK time), 5 October 2023. Registered members will receive the link of Zoom meeting for the EGM on 6 October 2023.
