週年大會公告

 

各位高主教校友會會員：
 
有關週年大會休會及下月復會
 
　　特此通知有關 2024 年 2 月 3 日舉行的週年大會的最新進展。遺憾的是，會議因法定人數不足而休會。
 
　　為確保週年大會如期舉行，我們決定將會議延期至 2024 年 3 月 2 日（星期六）上午 11：30（香港時間）假香港半山羅便臣道 2 號，高主教書院 (中學部) 二樓會議室進行。
 
　　我們鼓勵你屆時親身到校參與週年大會，你們每一位的意見對我們而言都非常寶貴。

　　除了實體會議外，會員亦可通過 Zoom Meeting 參加週年大會，但是Zoom 會議不允許投票。有意參與者請於會前註冊。註冊所需資料如下:
 
1. 以英文全名登記，例如: Chan Tai Man Peter
2. 畢業年份及離校時級別，例如: 1998 5E
 
　　會員須具備鏡頭及麥克風以進行視像會議。

　　請有意參與是次週年大會的會員於 2024 年 2月 29 日晚上 11 時 59 分 (香港時間) 或之前向秘書處 secretary@raimondialumni.hk 提交登記。 已登記之會員將於 2024 年 3 月1 日收到相關連結。 

 
　　有關週年大會的議程及相關資料將保持不變。 如果你有任何問題或疑慮，請隨時聯絡本會。

Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear members of Raimondi Alumni Association,
 
RE: ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) AND RESUMPTION NEXT MONTH
 
We are writing to inform you about the recent proceedings of our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which took place on 3 February 2024. Regrettably, the meeting was adjourned due to a lack of quorum.
 
To ensure that our AGM proceeds as intended, we have decided to adjourn the meeting to 2 March 2024 (Saturday) at 11:30 a.m. (HK Time), held at Raimondi College, 2/F Conference Room, 2 Robinson Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong.
 
We encourage you to mark your calendars to attend the rescheduled AGM in person, as your insights and perspectives are invaluable to the decision-making process.
 
In addition to the physical meeting, Members can join the AGM via Zoom Meeting. However, voting is not allowed in Zoom Meeting. Members who are interested in attending the meeting, please register before the AGM as follows:
 

1. Register with your full name in English, for example: Chan Tai Man Peter
 

2. Year of graduation and level when leaving school, for example: 1998 5E
 

You are reminded to prepare your own camera and microphone for face-to-face video conference.
 
Please submit your registration to secretary@raimondialumni.hk on or before 11:59p.m. (HK time), 29 February 2024. Registered members will receive the link of Zoom meeting for the AGM on 1 March 2024.
 
Please note that the agenda and related materials for the adjourned AGM will remain unchanged. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Important Notes:

 

All RAA Members are welcome to attend the AGM 2023.

Pursuant to Section 44 of the Articles of Association of RAA, any Member of RAA entitled to attend, speak and vote at the AGM can appoint a proxy (need to be a member of RAA) to attend and vote on his/her behalf. Each proxy shall not represent more than thirty (30) appointing members at the meeting. The proxy form must be completed, signed and returned to the RAA Secretary by hand or by email by 11:59p.m. on 29 February 2024. The address, and e-mail address for the submission of forms are as follows:

You are reminded to prepare your own camera and microphone for the video conference. The conference has a telephone hotline (the number will be announced soon). If the line is disconnected during the conference, you can call for assistance.
